The life coach is the professional figure with whom you deepen your needs and values and reflect on your goals.

- communicate clearly and directly
- enhancing your skills
- tap into your creativity
- modify behaviours that prevent complete realisation.

Life Coach, who I am: a history of colour and paper pearls
Besides supporting the unfolding of a process that helps the evolution of the person, in my profession as a life coach I stimulate movement and creativity.
If you are here, you are probably looking for answers and I will try to give them to you, in an unconventional way, through some shades of meaning of colours and shapes.
What you are about to read is in fact about two short stories:
- the one regarding the colours I use on my site, and the design of my logo
- that of creativity expressed in the necklace I am wearing in my profile picture.
But let us go in order.
The colour of my Life Coaching
When I think of my work as a life coach, the words come to mind movement, energy and depth and these same words are what I intend to convey with the colours I use on my website, and the design of my logo.
The wave in the banner stands for Evolution with coaching. Its colour is in the orange family, with a slight tinge towards coral to indicate energy, warmth and vitalitywhich can emerge through working with me.
The logo designed around my initials represents communication and dialogue in pairs.
The broken line of the second letter indicates openness, while the colour in the shade of dark red, with a slight tinge towards burgundy, wants to convey a sense of depth and strength.
Many of the words that describe my coaching approach are highlighted in capital letters in this article, and some others are:
Expression, Experience, Essence; Respect, Reasoning, Response.
And now, I am curious to learn which words I mentioned you recognise yourself in.
GET IN TOUCHPaper pearls and creativity: transform your reality
The necklace I am wearing in my profile picture is made of coloured paper beads.
I am a paper pearls coming from Kenya where they are often used to create jewelry and accessories, enhancing the colours and motifs typical of the local culture.
Regarding this necklace, which called to me from a shop window in Treviso (Italy), I was immediately struck by its colour and when I went into the shop to buy it, I was also fascinated by its history.
Paper beads in several African countries take up an ancient tradition and are a beautiful example of craftsmanship, creatively transforming recycled materials.
There are four steps to expresses creativity:
- First the paper is taken from magazines, newspapers, old maps, postcards and any other type of paper that can be found. It is cut into long, thin strips, rolled tightly on themselves, forming small cylinders, and this is the more delicate process requiring patience and dexterity;
- Once the cylinders or other round shapes have been created, the ends are glued to secure the shape;
- when the glue has hardened, the beads are decorated by choosing colours and,
- as a last action, the hole for threading is taken up and better defined.
It always makes a certain impression on me when craftsmanship, as well as other skills and expertise, find their highest expression.
And when skills are not yet fully expressed and visible, as a life coach I help to bring them out to be valued.
Life Coach, creativity facilitator
This necklace is rich in symbolic meanings for me:
- the journey it took to get to me, with the countless (small) steps, just like in the coaching process,
- its colour alive and warm, transmitting energy and movement
- the apparently poor material which was transformed into a artifact of value to wear, with an initially unexpected transformation
- the irregular shapes of pearls, each one different from the other precisely how different and varied are the people that I encounter in my work as a coach,
- the initiative of the person who created it in spite of everything, and regardless of the conditions of the moment, leaving room for ideas to emerge, just like in the coaching relationship.
The life coach is a facilitator of creativity when he/she helps to unleash a person's potential, overcome mental blocks, and transform ideas into concrete actions, enhancing colours and energy not (yet) fully expressed.
Conclusion: as a life coach I stimulate your creativity and transformation
The life coach is a professional who, through relationship and dialogue, accompanies you through change. He does this through questions, listening and feedback and also by expressing his own personality in an authentic way.
My life coaching style aims to stimulate creativity and different forms of expression with which each person can express themselves, listen to themselves in a different way, evolve and come out better.
Each person is a discovery of nuances, aspirations and challenges for me to tune in to, without giving advice but rather coming alongside to facilitate progress and bring out the best.
I thank you for reading my stories.
